Hello, I am a 58 year old quiet, financially stable, non-smoking retired woman looking for a place to rent, hopefully in the South Cowichan area. I have excellent references and am looking for a place that will accept a well-behaved medium sized dog (with the equivalent of ONE MONTH'S RENT AS PET DEPOSIT). He doesn't dig in the yard, I am well-versed with a shovel and he has excellent references, too. :)
I am a landlord myself so I do know how important it is to get the right tenant. I intend to rent long-term for the right place and will look after the place as if it was my own.
