She currently sits on a new mooring buoy in Mill Bay so no mooring costs other than maintenance of the mooring tackle. Comes with a 2006 Yamaha 8HP; sails include a main, storm jib and genoa; Electrical system is a 12 volt battery for lights etc, and use of an extension cord for shorepower. Anchor is 2 danforth type with chain and 2 - 200' nylon rode; 3 burner propane countertop stove;10 gallons fresh water storage tank; marine head .
