25’ Seattle Sunrunner mini yacht in Shawnigan Lake, British Columbia for sale

The interior is about 80% completed and the exterior is about halfway there. All electrical components tested good anchor winch, toilet, water pump, windshield wipers. I do have an engine and almost complete driveline for it. The only thing missing is the leg. The motor is a 2008 MerCruiser 350. The motor was in another boat and has less than 1000 hours. One of the heat exchangers at that time had a crack in it and the motorhead overheated and took out the head gasket. The heat exchangers were replaced and the head gasket was found out after-the-fact. The motor needs to be resealed and will be good to go. I have a lot of extras that come with this boat. It would make a great project for someone and an easy flip if they wanted. There is a two burner stove kitchen sink. There is also a minibar and bathroom. The boat will comfortably sleep four people.
