Great coastal cruiser that would also make a good liveaboard. Dry (no leaks through deck or hull). Ericsons are known for being well designed and crafted. Built ~ 1975.
Includes Main sail (works but is 'tired'), Genoa, Jib, and drifter (similar to spinnaker).
(Update, I originally had this as 2007, but it is a 1999) 8 Hp Honda four stroke outboard with extra long shaft runs well and sips the fuel. Has alternator to charge batteries. Portable gas tank for easy filling.
V-berth, two benches, and aft quarter berth allows for sleeping space up to 5 people. Small wood stove provides heat, fold down table, galley, head, and lots of storage throughout. Old inboard engine has been removed and provides great additional storage space with access from the cabin.
Large solar panel, charging controller, inverter, two good batteries and battery switch. Plenty of cabin lighting!
VHF radio, compass, automatic bilge pump, manual bilge pump in cockpit, fire extinguisher, lifering.
Dodger with stainless steel frame (existing dodger requires new plastic windows and some stitching). The solar panel mounted on the dodger frame provides cover over the entrance to cabin.

Priced low to reflect condition of dodger and because the bottom needs to be cleaned (Freshly scraped clean but the bottom paint needs refreshing, or at least an annual scraping).
