The International 12 (12 foot) is a classic sailing dinghy designed in 1912 and used in the 1920 Olympics. This more modern version has a professionally hand built fiberglass hull made in Parksville. Mahogany and teak interior with Sitka spruce spars and tiller. Single standing lug sail with steel centerboard, rudder, and traveller. Custom made Leitch McBride sail with one set of reef points and window. Comes with immaculate EZ Loader trailer, oars, sail and tiller bags, and all rigging. Also included is a photocopied set of the original 1912 boat plans.
This is a beautiful, fun, and stable small sailing boat which is easy to tow and haul up on shore. Perfect for day trips and picnicking on beaches larger boats can't get to.
