Beautiful, Well-Built, Large, Solid Wood Armoire
$375

This amazing wardrobe was purchased new by us about a decade ago for over $2,000. It is very sturdy and well-made.
The colour is espresso-ebony, a lovely almost-black colour with warm undertones of brown that really pop when the light hits it. The wood grain shows through. This piece would look AMAZING distressed around the edges for an antique look by a brave DIYer.
It's in good condition for its age, however, it does have one small area of damage on the right side from our move. It could be repaired with wood filler and stain, but we've always just put a decorative piece beside it to hide it, as it's near the back of the wardrobe.
There is a top decorative piece that's removable to shorten the armoire. The cabinet fits a very large TV, with two spots for DVD players, laptops, etc. The doors open all the way back to sit against the wardrobe sides. All 4 large drawers slide smoothly. It also comes with two removable shelves, as well as a hanging bar for clothes. We've used it for an entertainment center, a linen cupboard, and a entryway coat closet.
Located in Shawnigan Lake near the Black Swan Pub. Pick up only. You must be able to safely move the unit. We have a fridge cart you can use, but you'll need at least 2, maybe 3, strong people to move it through a door, down 4 steps and across a small sloping lawn without damaging our walls or deck. :) The bottom and top are separate pieces. Unfortunately we cannot help as my husband is recovering from surgery.
Height (minus decorative piece) is just under 6 feet.
Depth is just under 23"
Width is just shy of 46"
$350 or best offer. Small discount given for quick pick up.
