KHS Flite 100 Fixed Gear / Fixie / Track Bike (Text or email please) in Shawnigan Lake, British Columbia for sale

This is a rad bike. I have used it for a few years as a commuter and also used it for track racing at a velodrome because the brake disconnects easily. Since these pictures were taken I have replaced the tires with new red tires and the yellow cable was traded for a black cable housing that was higher quality. The only thing that needs to be done to this bike to get riding is some oil on the chain and the grips are pretty worn and need to be replaced which is dirt cheap and easy to do. The components are as follows:
Frame: KHS Flite 100 (56 cm)
Bars: Nitto Track Bars
Saddle: Soma Red
Wheels: Yellow machined Velocity Deep-V Rims, Formula Hub, Schwalbe tires
Crank: All City Track Crank (46 tooth going to a 14 tooth Surly cog)
Brake: Red Dia Compe
I would sell it for $400 or trade for something cool of equal or similar value. I am in Shawnigan Lake but work in Vic and can bring the bike to the city.
