Looking for a mature, responsible roomie to rent a room on the main floor of my home, located in the newer subdivision of "The Estates at Shawnigan Station".
The living room, kitchen, and laundry is shared but you will have your own bathroom.
KITCHEN: New appliances, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, double sinks, granite counter tops.
Must have a vehicle, not on a bus route.
I commute daily to Victoria. The drive is about 15 mins to Langford and 25-30 mins to the Mayfair area.
There is also a garage that can be used as a work space or storage if needed.
Dogs welcome, I have 1 chocolate lab, sorry no cats, I am severely allergic.
