Looking for a mature, responsible roomie to rent the mini-ground level/walkout-suite in my home, located in the newer subdivision of "The Estates at Shawnigan Station".
By mini-suite I mean you get the walkout ground level bedroom/living space/bathroom and share the kitchen and laundry upstairs with me.
KITCHEN: New appliances, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, double sinks, granite counter tops.
Must have a vehicle, not on a bus route.
I commute daily to Victoria. The drive is about 15 mins to Langford and 25-30 mins to the Mayfair area.
Your space consists of 1 bedroom with plenty of closet space, your own living space, full bathroom, and walkout patio area.
Bedroom fits a queen size bed easily, right next to your own bathroom (tile & granite counter top).
Living space has patio doors that take you out to the fenced backyard so if you have a dog this is ideal.
The patio space is yours to decorate/pimp up as you like (BBQ, etc).
Your living area has stairs that lead up to the kitchen to be shared with me, that you have full use of, along with laundry.
There is also a garage that can be used as a work space or storage if needed.
Dogs welcome, I have 1 chocolate lab, sorry no cats, I am severely allergic.
