bright spacious upper level three bedroom house. House currently consists of two roommates, 1 male and 1 female both in their late twenties, and one dog. Lucy (the dog) is very friendly and loves to cuddle, however she does get territorial when sharing the house with other pets. There is another tenant living in the downstairs suite.
We are both friendly and out going, both working in the service industry. We often work evenings and get home quite late at night. We do our very best to be quiet and respectful if getting home late. We are not a party house, however we do like to socialize in small groups. We are looking for someone who is like minded, and will hopefully engage socially with us to make a fun and friendly household. Each person has their own bedroom for their own space, as well as a large kitchen and living room as shared space.
The house is available November 1st and it includes a hot tub, large deck, bbq, shared laundry, dishwasher, two fire places, and two bathrooms. House is fully furnished, kitchen is fully equipped, however spare bedroom is unfurnished.
Our ideal roommate is clean, respectful, considerate and friendly. It is important to us that all people in the house, including the downstairs tenant, are comfortable in their own home and everyone is considerate towards the other peoples needs.
