About the house:
One bedroom to be occupied. New wood laminate flooring, window with street view. Temporarily furnished with furniture being stored for a friend. can move furniture out if that doesn't suit your needs or you are welcome to use it as long as it is here :)
Large kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave) Dining room, living room, two fire places, hot tub, fenced yard, barbecue, large deck, parking for all occupants
Two washrooms (One private/ one shared bathroom for the house)
washer and dryer shared with tenant in basement suite
$800 per occupant all inclusive
About me: Olivia
Works as a server and works for Air Canada. Enjoys cooking, hiking, playing piano, socializing.
Has a dog, Lucy, who is shy but very sweet. Often leaves Lucy home alone during work days - she just sleeps. willing to consider pets in the rental, but it's important that Lucy is comfortable in her home and doesn't become territorial. also has a temporary cat (long term pet sit) who is very over weight and loves to cuddle.
About me: Jamie
Works as a manager at a grocery store, and down town in a cocktail bar/restaurant. Often waking up very early. Smokes, but only does so outside. Very quiet when leaving early In the morning or arriving late. Enjoys writing poetry and spending time with his infant niece. Enjoys down time but also enjoys being social and participating in group activities.
We work opposite schedules and have limited time together. But when we are both home we enjoy spending time chatting, drinking wine, making dinner, hot tubbing, walking the dog, or going to the beach.

No smoking inside the house
Compatible lifestyle to our own (I want each of us to feel comfortable with each other)
It's very important that no one gets stuck in a situation they are unhappy in, so rent will be on a month to month bases, ideally looking for long term roommate though.
