1977 Baldwin Grand Piano 5.5' in Shawnigan Lake, British Columbia for sale

1977 Baldwin Grand Piano. Serial # R217775 (Artist Series). Five and a half feet long. Crafted in the USA. Bought in Vancouver B.C. brand new in 1977 by former owner, this beautiful instrument has spent its entire life on the West Coast in a professional musician environment. Has resided in Vancouver and Shawnigan Lake (same family) in perfect humidity and temperature. I purchased it in September 2017 and have had it tuned and regulated by Allison Piano. Currently nicely tuned in A440. All strings, hammers, harp, pin block, pins, soundboard, and keys in excellent condition. Black matte satin finish is not perfect: does show some signs of wear and tear...but the inside is in excellent condition. The tone is a warm, darker tone. Action is a little on the heavier side, but then again, the piano has just been fully regulated and the lubrication has not been fully played in. This piano longs for a serious pianist who will play it lots. May need to be voiced, according to personal preference. I am selling this due to space limitations: have decided that an upright piano would fit better into my music room. MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED (yes, this is a private sale).
