The roof hasn't been raised in at least five years. The canvas is torn in several places. The kitchen and floor were in decent shape the last time we looked. Needs lots of love.
The trailer is in pretty good shape however the tires are flat and need to be replaced. Would make a really good utility trailer. Will need to be hauled out on a flat deck.
PICTURE IS OFF GOOGLE BUT ITS VERY SIMILAR
